01ProjectNew Capital, Egypt

Egyptian Parliament, New Capital

Challenge

A new and highly aesthetic building, to be developed as the new Egyptian Parliament in the New Capital. Top quality and high security fire resistant doors required.

Solutions

We manufactured, supplied and installed a turnkey solution of fire-resistant doors at the Egyptian Parliament building. These were paired with a patented, high security lock system, ensuring key security and limited access to areas within the building. These were paired with aesthetically pleasing door hardware from ASSA ABLOY and Consort.

02ProjectNew Capital, Egypt

Egyptian Grand Museum

Challenge

Manufacturing the marble support and fixation systems (Mechanical fixation system) for the new Egyptian Grand Museum which is considered the biggest museum in the world and it's expected to be one of the great world wonders.

Solutions

We successfully created a new and smart design for the metal support system for the marble tiles fixation for all museum facades.

Metro Stations (Underground Stations)

Challenge

A complete solution of galvanised cable tray system and its accessories for one of the biggest infrastructure projects in Egypt, The Metro.

Solutions

We manufactured and supplied a high-quality, heavy gauges hot dip galvanised cable tray system and its accessories to the Line 4 Metro stations.

04ProjectSheikh Zayed, Egypt

Arkan Mall Extension

Challenge

Supplying cable trays, ladder, accessories and painted metal doors to Arkan Mall, one of the landmarks in Sheikh Zayed area, considered one of the most important reasons for the further development of this small city.

Solutions

We manufactured and supplied the best quality heavy gauged hot dip galvanised cable trays, ladder and accessories. We also produced bespoke sizes high quality, non-fire rated, painted metal doors for the whole project.

New Capital Residential District

Challenge

To manufacture and supply cable trays and their accessories to the New Capital, in a state level, strategic project that started in 2015 and is one of the most important residential projects in the New Capital of Egypt.

Solutions

We successfully produced the best quality, hot dip galvanised cable trays and their accessories, and we supplied them within the agreed time schedule.

Zewail City of Science & Technology

Challenge

To supply bespoke, very big fire resistant doors in a small quantity, for the Zewail City of Science & Technology which was built by the Nobel Prize winner Dr. Ahmed Zewail.

Solutions

We accepted the challenge and manufactured metal doors/ construction doors for the generators' rooms with the requested bespoke specifications that the contractor required.

07ProjectNew Cairo, Egypt

Rolls-Royce & Cadillac Showrooms, Park St, New Cairo

Challenge

A premium automotive showroom complex in New Cairo, housing Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Cadillac. The building needed fire rated doors that meet safety requirements without compromising its refined architecture. Full louvred doors were required to allow ventilation while maintaining fire protection.

Solutions

We manufactured, supplied and installed fire rated, full louvred doors for the showroom complex. The louvred design provides the airflow the building services require, while the doors keep their fire rating. Each door was fabricated in our factory to match the project's architectural finish, then installed on site to a clean, precise standard suited to a luxury brand environment.

08ProjectEl Sheikh Zayed, Egypt

500 500 Hospital, El Sheikh Zayed

Challenge

A major hospital in El Sheikh Zayed requiring fire rated doors throughout. The project also called for metal frames to suit wooden doors, so the interior finish stays warm and healthcare-friendly while meeting strict fire safety standards.

Solutions

We manufactured, supplied and installed complete fire rated doors with their frames, as well as metal frames for the hospital's wooden doors. The fire rated doors and frames protect the openings where fire safety is critical. The metal frames give the wooden doors a strong, precisely fitted setting and keep the warm look of the interior. Fabricating everything in our own factory kept quality and dimensions consistent across the project.

Cairo Light Rail Transit (LRT)

Challenge

Egypt's Cairo LRT is a major national transport project, built and managed by the Chinese consortium CREC–AVIC INTL in partnership with Egypt's National Authority for Tunnels. A project of this scale needs a dependable cable management system that is quick to install and built to last across a large number of stations and track sections.

Solutions

We manufactured and supplied straight cable trays with a full range of matching fittings, including elbows, tees, crosses and reducers. Because the trays and fittings match in size, thickness and finish, they fit together smoothly on site and keep cable routes consistent from one section to the next. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities also allowed us to meet the project's requirements and schedule.

High Speed Rail

Challenge

A national high speed rail project needed fire rated doors for its stations and buildings. Passenger safety and reliable fire protection were essential, and the doors had to stand up to heavy daily use.

Solutions

We manufactured, supplied and installed fire rated doors with their frames for the project. Each door was fabricated in our own factory to consistent quality and sized to the openings on site. The doors give the required fire protection while keeping escape routes and circulation areas safe for passengers and staff.

Sheraton Cairo

Challenge

A well-known international hotel in Cairo that needed fire rated doors able to blend into a polished hospitality interior.

Solutions

We built fire rated doors and frames at our factory and fitted them throughout the hotel, sized to each opening. They secure escape routes and key areas while their finish meets the standard a five-star property expects.
